I recently had a facial and hair colour at Ravi hair salon, and it was an amazing results. The owner ravi snd her staff members are amazing. Highly recommend.
I never put bad review about anyone. But this time I traveled all the way from Richmond to this salon in Surrey expecting a good experience based on what I was told over the phone. Initially, I was quoted $20 for a wash and massage, but when it came time to pay, I was suddenly charged $50. They claimed it was a mistake by one of their employees, but unfortunately, the owner was very rude when I tried to explain the confusion.
