I went there the other day and I had the worst experience. The lady who provided me the service was not really trained and she was blaming my skin every time she was not able to do something. When I told this to the lady at the reception, she had the audacity to say that their staff knows what they are doing. (FYI- I noticed several cuts on my face this morning). Never going back there again and would not recommend either.
Loved the massage service by Nav, she did firm pressure and I really enjoyed it. It was super relaxing , highly recommended!
