Dr Ravi has been incredibly helpful for a few different health issues I have. Listens and is willing to explain and answer questions. I would love to give a 5 but it recent months since endeavor health has gotten involved in his office getting a refill requires multiple request from my pharmacy and myself. I honestly feel the endeavor administration of his office is the over riding problem, since before their involvement refills were very prompt. Endeavor wants your money but their bureaucracy deffinately doesnt seem to care... read more
To get the prescription ready takes a month long plus. Staff are poorly trained; lack of empathy, understanding, communication and coordination to the patients makes the overall experience horrible and stressful.
