So chaotic. You’ll send emails for weeks, leave messages. No response. You have to catch them. Then, they lose payments (they called and said they weren’t received…eventually found and confirmed). Lastly, I just called and asked for shared paperwork on mediation and judgment to compare our numbers, and the receptionist, Chelsey, refused. No yelling. Nothing. She just refused. I call after funds were taken out of my account . Just had a newborn and called to get my funds back and got hung up on with no explanation! to reasons my money taken out of my account they want me to prove that it’s my money under my name ! Just rude and not professional at all !!!
