Unfriendly and unhelpful receptionists. Not only did they mess up my appointment time (which I took time off work to go to); but they are incredibly rude and unhelpful; completely denying it was their mistake and implying that I was lying about having confirmed my appointment earlier in the day...responding with "well you didn't speak to me". Lack of enthusiasm and hospitality.
