Disappointed in there tactics. I adopted two pugs. They had kennel cough so I made an appointment for the dogs to get checked. They gave me a 5 day prescription for both dogs. I called them on the 5th day and said they still had a slight cough could they refill the prescription. They told me NO I needed to bring the dogs in to get trays. Which would cost $298 per dog.
