My poor cat kept scooting, I had him to Ravenwood 3 times and the last 2 times they did nothing! Like oh well, he doesn’t have worms. I took him to Beville Animal Hospital and 1st visit they did an X-ray because unusual for him to be scooting. My poor cat has Megacolon. He’s not even 2 years old yet! He’s now under treatment. I would never recommend Ravenwood!
I made an appointment to bring my Capuchin monkey in for a surgical procedure. They had assured me that they had experience with primates. I booked the appointment over two weeks ago. I received a call before the surgery telling me to drop off my primate in the early morning. I called them to ask what they meant by 'drop off' I was told that I leave my primate at 8 am and pick him up at the end of the day. This is unacceptable with a primate.
