Think TWICE before you rent! Parking lots are dirty and constantly flooded with each rain. Parking spaces are always taken. Restrooms are never cleaned and filthy! Meanwhile the unit may look appealing, the other aspects are struggling.
Not bad. Management tries to be fair. Could use a new coat of paint though. Location is hard to beat.

Prices increases a lot since last rental. Same secretary working in office but new owner treats all tenants like dirt. No caring if late on rent, they serve eviction papers immediately even after being a punctual tenant for years. Very money hungry. Also the parking is terrible. Some tenants park multiple vehicles as long term storage instead of renting larger warehouse which takes parking spots away from our customers. MANAGEMENT only cares if they loose rent.
