First time coming here and I saw Dr Benton. She was so polite and friendly and the practice was clean and tidy and all the staff were friendly and bubbly. Think I found my new local doctor
Turning away a child with an appointment for medical care.. reception works in the wrong field
The reception ladies are very friendly and helpful, the nurses are very friendly and very professional and there is a pathology clinic on site and the staff are extremely good. But the most important thing is that the doctors are extremely good, plus there is an equal amount of male and female doctors for you to choose from depending on your needs and preferences.
My son was denied a script with type one diabetes, his pump broke night previously, I use public transport, these are my local doctors we just moved in,with no help, plus totally rejected for any assistance today or even for a week. No new Patients. I can't believe this practice in Ravenswood. I'm shocked that they can reject a situation like this
Waited over an hour for a short appointment at 11 in the morning. How a appointment based clinic could be over an hour late that early in the morning is absolutely disgraceful. If you cannot stick to your appointment times you should not be making them. Completely unacceptable.
