The reason I’m giving a two-star review is based on my current experience, though I might have a change of heart in the future. I've had a pretty rough month with Raven’s Nest. I transferred from my previous psychiatrist of twelve years for driving convenience, but unfortunately, the transition has been anything but smooth. My boys have been working with Calvin for a few weeks now, and I couldn’t be more grateful. They’ve really taken to him—something that hasn’t come easily with others in the past. He’s very active and engaged during sessions, always on time, and consistently follows up with me about the kids’ needs and plans for future sessions. It’s rare to find a counselor who truly connects and shows this level of dedication. We’re lucky to have found him.
Raven’s nest has been amazing! Everyone (from the front desk to the therapists and staff) have been exceptional!!! Specifically, Mr. Calvin Buford has went above and beyond to ensure we are comfortable and are informed through every step (from the paperwork to the next step(s). His care and professionalism has calmed some of our fears in this new journey with our child. Thank you for handling us with the very best care Calvin!!
I am very pleased with the customer service and professionalism. I especially appreciate the extra level of support from Calvin who checked on me several times to ensure I was receiving adequate services. I also love the office manager Raven!
