Don’t waste your time coming to this place. They are extremely unprofessional. My daughter needed immediate help and they’d dragged us along for months saying we were going to get scheduled and that they were short staffed. I’m extremely disappointed that someone couldn’t just tell us a long time ago that they didn’t have capacity so we could try to get help else where. Don’t ever come here, they are inconsiderate and don’t care at all.

This practice is outstanding with exceptional staff everyone in the practice is very helpful and positive except the office manager Laura the office manager. She has the most nastiness attitude and disposition ever I don’t understand how she is suppose to be someone who works in a MENTAL HEALTH practice and be so rude and disrespectful towards patients that have mental health issues. Everyone there is perfect except for her she should be fired….

I was a contracted clinical professional here and unfortunately experienced unprofessional conduct and significant payroll issues. Despite working over 200 hours, I have not received full compensation. Additionally, I was locked out of required systems with no explanation while still expected to serve clients. I’m in 9th grade and I had been seeing my therapist for two months. At first, I didn’t want to talk to anyone, but he made it easy. He listened without judging me and used creative stuff in our sessions like music and drawing , it wasn’t just boring talking. My therapist was cool and made me feel like I could talk about stuff at home and even sports. The problem wasn’t him, it was Raven’s Nest. They kept messing with him, not paying him, and making it hard for him to even do his job. He still came through for me, but the company don’t care about their people or the kids they’re supposed to help. That’s why I wouldn’t trust them.
