I live for Ravens Brew double dead. I look forward to it every morning. Also at noon.
While I understand playful branding, Raven's Brew crosses a line from humor into outright mockery. Parodying the Gospel of John ('The Book of Joe'), calling coffee 'The Chosen One,' and framing it as a 'sacrament' feels less like satire and more like belittling deeply held beliefs. The Word was God, not a commodity. This isn't edgy marketing, it's needlessly offensive to Christians.
I only buy chocolate and light roast from this company. I happened to find it years ago at a tiny show in Indiana of all places. And I've been in love ever since.
We stopped in for some Carmel Macchiato and it was delicious. She was kind, quick and provided tasty Carmel macchiatos. Thank you!
Loved their coffee, but they lost a long time customer due to prices going up 30% in the last two years on Deadmans Organic 5/lb. With tax and shipping it's now $20/lb for organic coffee. They claimed it was due to "raw bean prices increasing", but a quick Google search shows coffee import prices are decreasing, 3% last year alone. Try 4 Seasons Coffee in Spokane. Still local to WA, fresh coffee roasted in-house. Organic Espresso Diaggio taste just as good and it's $65 for 5/lb bag, same as this place used to be.
Raven's Brew Coffee has a 4.4 star rating with 21 reviews.
Raven's Brew Coffee is closed now. It will open tomorrow at 9:00 a.m.
