Dan, Rob, Crystal and their team are amazing! I do many deals with them but the last one was exceptional. The buyers chose a different title company and they said the deal was too involved with Estates and complexities. Dan got involved and had us closed within two weeks. This deal would have literally fallen apart if it weren't for RAVEN title. Thank you!!!
I used this title service per buyers request on the sale of my home. The entire process was frustrating and they dropped the ball every step of the way. At closing, names and socials were correct and incorect on the same documents. Never once did I recieve a settlement disclosure (until the day of closing, in person), never recieved closure docs (until I called to request them well after closing on both my sale and purchase).
