Spare yourself the headache and find a different title company. Raven Title is not professional and lacks follow through. I purchased an investment property in March 2023 that had a ground rent. The seller paid to redeem the ground rent. It took Raven 30 months to complete the ground rent redemption. In the end, I had to file a complaint with the Maryland Insurance Administration to get Raven Title to finish the ground rent redemption and respond to my emails. There are better title companies out there. Pick anyone else.
Ravent Tile is my go to title services for all my investment properties. Dan and Bridgid are outstanding to work with. Never an issue. Always close on time. Thanks!!!
I used this title service per buyers request on the sale of my home. The entire process was frustrating, and they dropped the ball every step of the way. At closing, names and socials were correct and incorrect on the same documents. Never once did I recieve a settlement disclosure (until the day of closing, in person), never recieved closure docs (until I called to request them well after closing on both my sale and purchase).
