I was looking for an authorized dealer for Herman Miller chairs. As you guys know these chairs are expensive but are considered the Mercedes-Benz of office chairs. What makes this store stand out is that they also deal with individuals, not just corporate. That’s for the chair at least. The staff are very helpful and accommodating. Walked in on their staff lunch. And they didn’t mind helping they’re also very pleasant to deal with. Special shout out to Nancy, very helpful and informative. Very happy with my experience.
Purchased a HM Aeron in size C. I'm 5'11 and 230lbs. HM recommends a size B if you are between C/B but size C felt too large at the front of the seat pan, causing me discomfort. Testing the size B at the store felt great at the front but tight on the side. Michelle worked with me and I was able to switch my Aeron for the HM Embody. The Embody has been fantastic and comfortable. Both chairs are fantastic quality but the Embody suited my body and comfort much better.
