Used to be such a great place to go, but these days front office is quick to judge and reactive. Following up on prescription communication issues or even just trying to make an appointment can lead to very intense responses. I understand it must be tiring being underfunded with their mandate changes, but it's so hard to witness the shift in culture. Is in “KO” mpetent still there??
I have been going to Raven Song mental health team for many years. My psychiatrist is Dr. Birgitta Woods. They have been treating me for my anxiety and other mental health issues. They were not monitoring my blood pressure and heart rate, which were high. This is secondary to stress, and possibly my meds. Dr Woods called me fat and suggested I start Metformin. I refused!
Absolutely atrocious. Dr tong at ravensong specifically. Will discuss my personal medical records with anyone who calls to ask including my landlord. I've been out of several medications and going thru withdrawals for everything from sleeping pills to anti depressants because she is ignoring phone calls from the pharmacy and reception is taking over 2 weeks just to respond How is there not an option for negative stars? I have been watching my husband go to the clinic for 5 years now and every time he goes he worse and when he arrived he has an infection on his foot the last appointment he left limping because of the way the nurse wrapped it and he hasn't lived in about a 9 months they keep making appointments for him fill out his PWD yet they say they like to get to know him better even though.
