Last week I had an appointment booked through ClassPass, I showed up and they said they didn’t see me scheduled, they were having system problems. They took my information and said someone would reach out to me and that I’d get a refund. I never heard back and didn’t receive a refund from them. My facial appointment with Nina was simply divine. She cares about your skin and experience as a whole & is wonderful at what she does. If she's okay with you napping on her job, (like myself) PLEASE get on her books!!!
