Raven Ridge is one of the nicest apartment complexes I have experienced. The management is extremely helpful, very responsive, and effective in enforcing the community rules. Additionally, the maintenance team is profoundly knowledgeable and will either repair or replace any broken equipment in a timely manner. Shout out to Mistie and Colton for always going above and beyond. I highly recommend.
Managements is horrible
I’ve been living in this apartment for about a year now, and I can honestly say that I’m thrilled with it and haven’t had any issues. The team here is always working hard to make our lives better, and they’re always fixing up the little things like painting the hallways or adding air fresheners. I find that really charming. The apartments themselves are spacious and very nice, and they’re easy to make a beautiful home out of. I absolutely love this place ..Its a clean,friendly, safe, quiet environment. All basic living essentials included washer dryer ect, w garage ! Pet friendly !! Professional, caring staff!! Spectacular Sky views from balcony !! If you’re looking for a new home, this is the place!!
