I went in and asked for a mullet, was told it was her specialty. I left with a terrible haircut, that in no way was a mullet. Paid $65 +$15 tip. ( Im a people pleaser, and have a hard time using my voice, so my bad on the tip) I was very drunk when I came in, I was not belligerent or rude. Might have snoozed in the waiting area while waiting. Elisa always does an amazing job on my haircuts and my experience here is consistently great. She helps me choose the best style for my hair type and finds ways to work with my thin hair to make it look and feel healthy and full. She even trims my fringe for free between haircuts. My whole family comes here for haircuts now, and we are always happy. Thank you Elisa! See you for my next cut 🫶🏻

very rude customer service through the phone. I spoke with a lady on the phone and I asked if they have a stylist available, then she proceeded to ask if I want to make an appointment and as I was STILL talking about needing a haircut today, she hung up. So glad I didn’t get my haircut here tho because if the customer service is disgustingly disrespectful then the service will too.
