I called in need of a dripless shaft seal with the boat going back in the water in a matter of hours. Everyone was out of stock. Spencer knew that we could get a smaller size because it was the same product jsut shipped with an extra part we could throw away. Not only that but he drove it down personally to the shipyard and delivered it to the mechanic himself.
