Dr. Raven is a very good doctor. She was attentive and seem to honestly care about my condition. Excellent job. Her recommendation worked.
If I could give ZERO stars, I would. This quack has no business practicing medicine. Appointments are canceled without so much as a phone call. Prescriptions aren't filled due to the lovely doctor being out of town....and if we only knew the circumstances...right, you're a doctor, not my problem. Prescriptions are important. The staff does not respect the patients; threats are made to scare and intimidate. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. Lawsuits come to mind when I consider the behavior elicited by this "practice". Absolutely NO compassion, understanding or tolerance for her patients. She seems to have a huge chip on her shoulder - especially to anyone who isn't of color. She has to be pressed to schedule necessary testing and does not follow-up with her patients. I have no idea how this lady ever passed her medical exams frankly. In all of my years, the worst experience with a medical provider. This experience was based on multiple visits. Save yourself the trouble and find someone else - pretty much anyone else. We did.
