I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Atkins. She was abrasive and dismissive. Her tone was rude, and she seemed completely uninterested in listening to my concerns. As a healthcare professional, I expected compassion and care—what I received instead was attitude and indifference. I left the appointment feeling unheard and disrespected. I would not recommend her to anyone looking for supportive or empathetic chiropractic care.

Dr. Atkins is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about providing top notch patient care. I appreciate her allowing me time to voice my concerns and answering any questions that I had. I tried acupuncture for the very first time which is something I have always wanted to do. I feel that I am in good hands and I look forward to getting my multi skeletal pain under control.

Refused to see me for my appointment despite me being checked in early, on time at the desk, and not even passing the 15 minute late period after going and back forth with her MAs. Never in my life have I experienced refused of care from a clinician. If as a doctor, you’re so pressed about your lunch break over seeing patients then maybe it’s not a great fit.
