I called and made an appointment over a month ago for today, the earliest opening, for my child. I was told I would be put on a cancellation list as well. I took a half of day off of work and pulled my child out of school early and when we got there we were told we didn't have an appointment. Neither of us nor my phone number was even in the system. Got in on a Saturday and it was a quick and fantastic hair cut and beard trim. Great work will definitely be back. Great staff Great prices and Great atmosphere
