Muzafer and Eric are absolutely amazing guys. The speed and diligence of this maintenance team is one of the best yet. Super friendly and most importantly is great at their jobs. Brittney at the front was a huge reason why I moved in. Super kind and will help wherever she can!
BAD. If you are a native-born citizen you will likely be disappointed. Poorly run, poorly maintained, not kept clean and worst of all are the loud, classless residents that follow No Rules!! Best thing there is Brittany in the office. If she was moved up to Manager, the building would improve, but if they keep bringing in a new, unqualified manager, it’ll continue on its downward slide.
Bad location! No sound proof windows or walls. This apartment complex should be strictly for people with dogs and college students. Cost of rent is not worth the cons of the apartment complex. Fast driving through out the Garage. By the way you to pay $50 for parking where you pay rent. People still park in your spaces!! Just not a environment for families. Your kids may get hit in the parking garage! I pay for parcel locker but my Amazon packages are constantly being left out in the open in the mailroom for people to steal... read more

I've been here for about 6 months and have been enjoying my time here so far! It's very close (walkable) to St Johns Town Center, many different restaurants as well as other fun locations like Top Golf and iFly! The front office staff has been very friendly, the maintenance staff is very responsive to any issues you may be experiencing in your apartment, the amenities are really nice (pool, gym with lake view, pet-friendly courtyard), and most importantly, I love the pool and lake views!
