I absolutely loved touring this place while I was in town looking for places to live. It’s conveniently located across from the outlet malls with lots of delicious restaurants too! Becca, the manager, was so sweet and friendly. Her smile and attitude instantly made me feel like this could be the perfect home for me! This is such a beautiful community! We were looking for a new home since having our baby and we felt so safe. It’s a great location, close to everything, even the beach! New management, Rebecca, is really doing a fantastic job. She personally told us all about the community, what’s around the area and showed us the multiple dog parks!
Ravella at Town Center is a beautiful community in an ideal location—close to shopping, dining, and entertainment. The grounds are well-maintained, and the amenities are top-notch. Since the new manager came on board, there’s been a noticeable improvement in communication and overall professionalism. The team is friendly, responsive, and clearly dedicated to enhancing the resident experience. A great choice for anyone looking for a quality apartment community in Jacksonville!
I took some time after moving out before writing this review. Normally, I don’t write reviews, but I felt this was warranted. Short summary: DO NOT MOVE HERE. I would not recommend this place to a friend—and especially not to anyone relocating from out of state. My experience over the past year was, frankly, terrible. The only real highlight was the view from my room, which faced the lake. Everything else was disappointing. A Few weeks ago. I paid a visit to Ravella Towns Center. I was greeted in main office, by the office staff. Very Friendly and professional people. Sat down and proceeded answering questions and giving me the information needed to start the process of acquiring an apartment from them. Long story short. They were a breahe of fresh air. Very informative, very attentive, very mindful. 10 out of 10 i do recommend!
