I have lived at this apartment complex for 3 years, just starting our fourth lease. We have had almost no issues in that time and I have written positive reviews before, but in the last month management has changed and everything has gone downhill. I rarely feel the need to write reviews. In fact, four months ago, I wrote a review on this apartment giving it 5 stars because so many of the issues that we had been having were being quickly resolved and everything was going in a great direction. I have since deleted that review. In the short time since management has changed, things have gone downhill incredibly quickly. Since the first day I moved in , I’ve been experiencing constant and unbearable noise from the upstairs neighbor at all hours. I can’t sleep, and it’s affecting my well-being. I’ve tolerated it and raised the issue with management multiple times, but they’ve done nothing and only offered empty reassurances. When I asked to move to a different unit, they demanded an increase in rent. This is extremely poor management with no real solutions.

Tatiana, as part of the administrative team at Ravella Town Center, has been outstanding since the moment we showed interest in renting an apartment here. Along with the support of her manager, Whitney Helms, they have provided us with exceptional service and follow-up. We are truly grateful and highly recommend this beautiful place to live and the entire staff.

I had the amazing experience of talking through my leasing options with Tatiana. She was amazing and highlighted different rental options! She even showed me videos of the rental units. I was very grateful to have had her there as I was completing my application.
