Ever since the new staff has arrived, they have been getting stuff done! It's been a lot better, and communication is amazing. I highly recommend living here as well, as staff is very involved with events! The amenities are very nice, and I love the view. Also! Holly, one of the main managers, is amazing! She has been very kind, and communicative, and helpful to me these past few months! Very much appreciate everything she does.
The staff at Ravella are absolutely fantastic! Specifically Holly! They're always friendly, responsive and go out of their way to ensure everything runs smoothly. It really makes a difference in making this place feel like home. I love living here- it's comfortable, well-maintained, and the sense of community is amazing.
The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Tere and Tatiana worked hard to help my roommate and I find the unit that worked best with our circumstances. The units are beautiful and the prices are unbeatable. Applied for an apartment the same day we looked at it because we were sold instantly. Thanks Ravella team!
I had an excellent experience, beginning with a warm welcome from Tatiana. She was thorough in addressing all of my questions and provided detailed, informative responses. I truly appreciated the time she took to ensure I fully understood everything, and I never felt rushed throughout the entire process.
I've been here for about 6 months and have been enjoying my time here so far! It's very close (walkable) to St Johns Town Center, many different restaurants as well as other fun locations like Top Golf and iFly! The front office staff has been very friendly, the maintenance staff is very responsive to any issues you may be experiencing in your apartment, the amenities are really nice (pool, gym with lake view, pet-friendly courtyard), and most importantly, I love the pool and lake views!
