I absolutely loved touring this place while I was in town looking for places to live. It’s conveniently located across from the outlet malls with lots of delicious restaurants too! Becca, the manager, was so sweet and friendly. Her smile and attitude instantly made me feel like this could be the perfect home for me! I’m a current resident and i want to say my honest opinion about the new property manager Rebecca. I been into the office several times to talk about my apartment situation she always have excuses and a rude attitude when her own people it shouldn’t be like that we are her residents the people that are paying to live here, she is new and she should have more consideration even with her own staff I have seen her embarrassing her own leasing staff in front of residents. Since the first day I moved in , I’ve been experiencing constant and unbearable noise from the upstairs neighbor at all hours. I can’t sleep, and it’s affecting my well-being. I’ve tolerated it and raised the issue with management multiple times, but they’ve done nothing and only offered empty reassurances. When I asked to move to a different unit, they demanded an increase in rent. This is extremely poor management with no real solutions.
A Few weeks ago. I paid a visit to Ravella Towns Center. I was greeted in main office, by the office staff. Very Friendly and professional people. Sat down and proceeded answering questions and giving me the information needed to start the process of acquiring an apartment from them. Long story short. They were a breahe of fresh air. Very informative, very attentive, very mindful. 10 out of 10 i do recommend!
