As a single girl finding an apartment that I felt safe in was my biggest priority, and I feel 100% safe living here. There are far more positives than negatives! Positives: -Amazing maintenance team!!! I mean amazing! I’ve had a wonderful experience living at Ravella at Town Center. Staff is always friendly, professional, and quick to respond to any requests. The community is well-kept, peaceful, and feels like home. I really appreciate how they go above and beyond to make residents feel comfortable.
I normally do not write negative reviews but this apartment manager just earned it. I believe her name was either Rebecca or Christina (blonde wearing glasses, pants and hills). She was very rude, passive aggressive and did everything to turn me away with that attitude. So inconsiderate, I don’t know how she has that job to be honest. Certainly they won’t be earning my business with those “customer service“ attitude skills.
I absolutely loved touring this place while I was in town looking for places to live. It’s conveniently located across from the outlet malls with lots of delicious restaurants too! Becca, the manager, was so sweet and friendly. Her smile and attitude instantly made me feel like this could be the perfect home for me! When touring I got to see the pool area, the fitness center, the dog parks(YES! I said parks as in plural!)…all the amenities were above my expectations. The apartment itself was stunning!! This is such a beautiful community! We were looking for a new home since having our baby and we felt so safe. It’s a great location, close to everything, even the beach! New management, Rebecca, is really doing a fantastic job. She personally told us all about the community, what’s around the area and showed us the multiple dog parks!
