For the past three years, I haven't seen such rudeness from a property manager. She doesn't help the residents with anything at all. Dogs roam and defecate wherever they want. The swimming pool is full of all sorts of creatures, from lizards to snakes. The staff doesn't help with anything at all. I would really like to change the staff.
lived at Ravella for 2.5 years and, like many other communities, there were some challenges. However, I want to specifically highlight Maintenance team member Arek (Eric). He is a truly kind and supportive professional who was incredibly quick and effective in resolving our issues. Brandon from the office was also consistently friendly, responsive, and always helpful whenever we had questions, even with complex issues. This community is NOT ideal if you plan on ever having guests. The parking situation is a nightmare; We came to visit a friend and the guest entrance to the garage is extremely narrow, which they do have a sign noting "narrow entrance" but regardless you're apparently expected to go through this poorly designed entry way-- so thanks for the warning 🤷.. Ashley and Rebecca are absolutely amazing!! Always a smile everytime I walk in, safe to say they make it feel like home and very easy to talk to. If you need a nice place and atmosphere COME TO RAVELLA!!
I’ve had a wonderful experience living at Ravella at Town Center. Staff is always friendly, professional, and quick to respond to any requests. The community is well-kept, peaceful, and feels like home. I really appreciate how they go above and beyond to make residents feel comfortable.
