I lived here from 2021-2022. My time living here was ok, BUT now in our good Lord's year of 2025 I am still getting emails of this complex harassing me over $85. Why? They said I never turned in my keys. I moved out and cleaned my whole apartment in a timely manner, turned in my keys before my final day, i even have a picture of the scan they took of my keys after it was turned in. I stayed in Unit 10308 and dealt with recurring mold issues that were never fully resolved. The first time was back in August 2024, and I was told it was due to a leak in the roof. They came to wipe the vents but apparently never actually fixed the issue, so of course the mold came back. This time around, it took two weeks just to get a resolution, which ended in me being released from my lease. RUN RUN Worst management ever. They don't care about your living experience I was never able to see my property before getting in, front receptionist never find a spot to show me . Be careful about your dumpster fee If you put big items or mattress in your dumpster they will charge you fee. And their reply is you to find your own private dumpster to put in . When we moved in the place was not put together, we asked for a yard Valerie told us this unit had one but when we moved in we realized it didn’t. Fine not that big of a deal. The cabinets are wrapped not correctly the wrap is falling off it’s cheap. The dishwasher doesn’t close you have to fight with it. The cherry on top is that we noticed black mold growing in the vents, we brought it to their attention on a Sunday night, by putting in a maintenance request.
