The apartment was great at first. Great location and promised a lot of awesome things. But as the months went by we noticed how horrible the lack of communication there was. We would right emails and wouldn’t get responses till a month later. The place ALWAYS smelled like weed. It smelled like weed when we moved in and it smelled like weed when we left. After visiting the property and speaking with the staff about the property I feel that it’s a great place to live and the amenities are great as well.
Gabriella was very nice but this place literally gives you the runaround I had to beg multiple times and call multiple times to even see a apartment virtually once I seen the apartment The quote was sent to me then so suddenly the apartment was then rented as soon as I applied, which there is an application fee so I paid $164 So I accepted another unit and continue with the application of the unit that I wasn’t even able to see however, I do a preapproval myself before I even pay to apply these apartments because it can get ... read more
Gabriella was incredibly friendly and patient. Even though we arrived at the last minute and had many questions, she took her time to thoroughly explain every aspect of the apartment complex and all it has to offer. Her professionalism and kindness made the experience very positive.
I just want to give a huge thank you to the Ravella team — Anderson, Daniella, and of course Gabby! We recently transferred to another unit, and we already love our new apartment. Every time we’ve had a question or issue, they’ve jumped on it right away. You can really feel how much they care about the people who live here and about making sure you feel comfortable and taken care of. Thank you all so much — it truly means a lot. We’re excited to call this place home for another year!
