On 7/26/16 I had an appointment at 11 they open at 10 no answer and when I got there they were closed they didn't call me or anything to cancel all I got was voicemail hasn't been set you even tried the number from their Facebook page. I even went around to the shop door and beat on it getting soaked in the process since it was pouring. This is honestly the worst stereo shop I have ever been to. They installed a ken wood navigation for me, and I had to go back 4 different times the first day because they kept forgetting to wire something. Then I had to go back an additional 8-9 times after that because they kept screwing up the wiring in my truck. Then a few months later my whole truck shorts out so I take it to the ford dealership and they say it's because my navigation was sitting on top of a main wire behind my dash and rubbed a whole in it and shorted e... read more
Easily the best customer service in the tri-county area. They have the ONLY computer accurate window plotting and cutting. Some of these reviews are downright FUNNY.. just take time to actually read the stupid stuff in the "charges". Pricing things TOO HIGH ? Why complain, JUST DON"t BUY!
The problem with these reviews, most all of these do NOT reflect customer's reviews, but those of ex=employees who left under unpleasant circumstances.. What we have is ridiculous personal attacks from a combination af miscreants and neer=do wells!! What can i say about this store? ALOT just to start off the owner is a doushe bag and his manager is awesome.All the owner does is bad mouth previous employees and scam ppl out of money.He recently bought into great deals and is listing them for the same price as if he payed full amount for them. He treats his employees like garbage and always has a attitude with them. He has even threatened a few of them of hitting them until they stood their ground. Rated 1 star cause I can't give zero. The owner is a self absorbed a$$ hat. He's rude & thinks he knows everything. Everytime I've been in the store he acts like his stuff is gold... Prices are 3 to 4xs msrp. He thinks cutting you a deal is taking $5 of a $800 bill. His workers are felons, druggies/dealers, or thieves now. Used to have a few good workers. One of them (red head guy) always got a sale out of me. Such a shame when a business goes down hill because of a lousy owner & employees.
Workers didn't act as if they knew what they are doing, the ad. says they are certified & I could tell they are NOT!
I have been in this shop many times now and I have to say that the young man they have working there for a while now is awesome at helping or explaining things. He always seems to be working hard. I think his name is Ryan. The only issue is they have a new guy working and I use the working lightly here. He has a cocky like attitude and he seems to put his work off on the other guy. I hope the good guy is making the better money to put up with someone so ridiculous.
