Made a huge mistake in going with this company for our deck project. The work was sloppy and rushed and 0 attention to detail was paid. The scope of the project was also not properly quoted so out project doubled in budget (should have been my first red flag). Called the company and asked the owners to come out twice. Jessica said that she would make sure I was satisfied and not let the crew leave until we were but didn’t offer to come look for themselves when I asked. I had noticed that a few of my shingles were missing from my roof. I called Rave Renovations and not only did they come right out that same day to give me a free estimate. They came the very next day and replaced the missing shingles. I highly recommend Rave Renovations! Brian and his team went above and beyond to make this homeowner happy!
I had siding damage from hurricane Helene and Brian was highly recommended by a neighbor. Brian was fast to reply to my inquiry and he sent my quote the same day we talked. He and his siding tech arrived on time, and they had all my damage repaired in less than two hours. Brian also helped us with a great plan for a new deck, moving the stairs to the opposite side for better use of space. I recommend Brian and the Rave team; you will be impressed with their attention to the details.
Rave Renovations is a great company to work with. Brian actually answers his phone! Workers show up when and where they are scheduled. You can’t beat their prices. We will definitely be using them in the future and will be referring them. Thank you Brian and team for several jobs well done!!
Absolutely zero dependability. I've been trying to receive a quote since Hurricane Helene. They either set an appointment, and never show, or they just do not respond at all. I bet I've called at least 10 times over the last month and a half. My advice...Don't even waste your time with these people.
