I ordered my part weeks ago and still haven’t received it. I got a notification a few days after ordering that the estimated delivery was in two days via FedEx and received a tracking number for the package. It has said on FedEx tracking that shipper is waiting for package since that day. I called FedEx and they never received the package from the company. The prices are awesome for the products. I had an issue with my tundra light bar for my grille. A year later it started to leak moister. I contacted rave and they got back to me next day sent pictures and boom new one on the way same day. The products and directions are awesome and easy to follow. Highly recommended!
I just want to start off by saying the support of the team at Rave Off-road is unlike anything I’ve seen. They helped me literally through every step of the way of making sure this will work with my Tundra TRD Pro. Super nice staff and amazing parts quality. I ordered a pair of 2023 Tundra Hood Moldings for my non hybrid model and it was a pain to install, 3m tape on the hood moldings were not strong and messy, im giving 2 star and not feel satisfied for almost $300 for something this cheap and not worth it, cant return because item its used, im disappointed!
Don't hesitate to order product from this company. I had a minor issue with a harness I ordered, but Brady was able to get me taken care of right away. They stand by their products and offer outstanding customer service. Quality products only! Thanks again Rave Offroad!
