Specifically asked the ticket clerk if my teens would have trouble getting into a rated R movie if I bought their tickets for them, his reply was "no". Then my kids were turned away at the door and I have to drive back to Destin just to be told "its policy" by the manager. The general manager Alex is extremely rude and unprofessional at this theater. They do not have a set policy and instead everything is at their discretion as I was told by Alex the general manager. My son went to a movie with his birth certificate and student Id that had his name and photo on it. It was previously approved there but on this particular night the ticket seller told him he needed a picture birth certificate. There's no such thing!
