The general manager Alex is extremely rude and unprofessional at this theater. They do not have a set policy and instead everything is at their discretion as I was told by Alex the general manager. My son went to a movie with his birth certificate and student Id that had his name and photo on it. It was previously approved there but on this particular night the ticket seller told him he needed a picture birth certificate. There's no such thing!
