It has been almost 2 years now and just wanted to leave some helpful tips for folks choosing to go with Rave. 1. Make sure the doors that are exposed to the outside have good quality paint on them. Rave used either bad quality paint or an indoor paint on the outside of our patio door and it started coming off after a year. 2. Get a moisture meter as soon as you get possession of the house. Kyle and the team at Rave are fantastic to work with! No nonsense on both the selling side as well as the after sell service. Quick and professional….we love our new home and while there will always be some issues with any new home, Kyle and his team will address it quickly and professionally. Build quality is TOP as well. Highly recommend.
We just completed our home. Rave is top notch. They are professional and on top of everything. They have a timeline of how the whole build will go. They communicate with you as much or as little as you like, they have a plan but if you want something different they are open to all the ideas.
