I use Rave for my personal accounts as well as our Girl Scout Troop account and I’ve always had an amazing experience. The tellers are friendly and professional. I’ll never use another bank other than my local Rave!
You can't just call & speak to a human . I needed to speak with a human. I called many times & selected many numbers hoping to speak with a human being !!! Forget that unless you're already a customer !!! I'm ticked off !!!
