Very disappointed in this office staff. My mom has been trying for over a week to get an appointment with this doctor and all she kept getting was lies. They claimed they didn't receive the referral paperwork from her doctor and found out her doctor had faxed the information over twice. My mom said all the lady kept saying was go to the emergency room if pain persist. I have already taken my mom to emergency room and this is the route they sent us.
