I had a bad experience but I would like her to study what went wrong. I think she was bullied or forced in the wrong direction. It all went downhill from there. She was nice but some test should of been done right away. I don't think she was allowed to make the call and it frustrated me. Then things got ugly. This issue needs to be fixed and I would gladly discuss it.
She is the best Dr in family medicine. She takes care of me and listens to my concerns. I recommend Dr Routa to anyone.
