I've had my truck serviced at Rausch on two occasions. The first time was for an oil change, which was done in about 45 minutes, reasonably priced ($75.14, compared to a local dealership at $100+), and interaction professional and friendly. Based on that positive experience, I decided on Rausch to put some new tires on my truck. I was quoted $161.75 per tire, which included mounting and balance. I came in on a Saturday without an appointment with a trailer tire problem, they put me on the priority list and got me on the road to Wichita asap. Thank you both for the help and information
The staff were professional and courteous. They were able and willing to work on my 1938 Ford pickup that uses tubes with the tires. Regular tire shops don’t know how and don’t want to work on these. The prices were very reasonable too compared to other shops I have been to.
