I’ve been going back and forth between Capitol One and Rausch Sturm, they bought the debt so capitol one keeps referring me to Rausch Sturm, it takes 2 hours to get someone on the phone and I’ve been told for a month now to keep calling back because since I’m new in their system it takes time, we are a month in, still same answer, come to find out from capitol one they bought my debt DECEMBER 2021!!!! Almost 2 years ago, and somehow I’m not in the system, if I don’t do my job I get fired, not sure how they can make any money... read more
