I want to say how disappointing of a place this is. I went in January and February of 2023 for only a total of 4 sessions. I was told that my insurance would cover the service ( which is why I went back 3 more times) and my copay would be $25.00. OVER TWO YEARS LATER in March of 2025 I receive a bill of $400.00 for my services stating that insurance actually did not cover my services. I have been extremely pleased with Rausch Laguna Niguel. My Physical Therapist Dr. Dani is great! She’s understanding and works with me to get the results needed. My progress from where I was unable to walk without wobbling to where I am today is amazing. My gait is good and I now can walk up to five miles, I’m tired at the end, but I’m not wobbling all over! Katia and her team are great!
I had a massage session with Andy and he is the BEST massage therapist I have ever had and I have had many on my life journey. He uses his hands effectively to relieve stress and workout knots. He is conscientious about checking in to see how the pressure is. I commend him also as he continues to build upon his knowledge foundation in terms of new techniques. I've been coming to Rausch for the past year and this is easily the best PT experience I've ever had. Dani always makes time for me and is really understanding of my situation. The friendly front desk staff work well together, and do a good job of dealing with the large amount of people coming and going. If you're on the fence about PT, or have new pain holding you back, I would definitely recommend Rausch for your physical therapy needs!
