Don’t come to this physical therapy place in Laguna Niguel … their front desk person is not customer service friendly….. Yeah I fill out the paperwork & no1 read that damn form , we just . sign & go … I scheduled my appt with them , I asked the front desk to sent me notifications to remind me for my appt …dates … They decided to charge me 3 time for no show “ $45 each time “ & didn’t sent me any receipts. A loved one goes to Rausch PT and massage therapy. There is a huge difference in him! He has improved by at least 90-95% in the last few weeks. Everyone I know that goes to Rausch is very pleased with the team there and the results.
I have been extremely pleased with Rausch Laguna Niguel. My Physical Therapist Dr. Dani is great! She’s understanding and works with me to get the results needed. My progress from where I was unable to walk without wobbling to where I am today is amazing. My gait is good and I now can walk up to five miles, I’m tired at the end, but I’m not wobbling all over!
