After a spinal injury that caused neck and upper back pain with tingling down my arm and limited range of motion, my orthopedic surgeon prescribed physical therapy. I have been seeing Katia for recovery a hip replacement and am extremely happy with the progress. I am very active running, hiking and climbing, skiing, etc and am eager to get back to that. Katia has a great understanding of anatomy and the mechanics of movement, explaining how things work and the logic behind the PT program for me. Dr. Danielle Melgarejo is outstanding. I am currently working with Dr. Dani and her colleagues on dealing with some significant right hip arthritis and impingement issues impacting my outdoor activities, and I am making documented progress. The entire PT staff at the Laguna Niguel clinic are well trained, knowledgeable, and dedicated to helping you achieve your goals.
I’m writing this review to compliment Dr. Austin and the entire Rausch team for outstanding care after my total knee replacement surgery. Dr. Austin is extremely patient and caring. He tailored my care not only according to the milestones in recovery needed after this surgery but also to my feedback and various aches, pains and physical difficulties. Check in was always easy and the facility was always clean.
I very impressed with Chloe's physical therapy treatment of my right shoulder. I was wrestling with severe tendonosis of multiple shoulder tendons, a partial tear, and bursitis. The tendonosis proved to be a balancing act between treatment, static range of motion, and load strengthening. In that order. I've had rotator cuff repair surgery on both shoulders.
