Horrible builders and pathetic quality control. Waits till the last second to try and fix major issues after a 3rd party inspector comes in and tries to blame the buyer. Do not buy.
DO NOT BUY! Poorly constructed. Warranty is a joke. Getting them to fix anything the proper way is like pulling teeth if they do it at all. They do temporary fixes that only mask the real problems and ignore structural engineer reports if you decide to pay for one. Worst decision I ever made was buying this house.
