My Experience w/ Rausch Coleman Homes. Was smooth. Mrs. Dawna was the best to keep me calm throughout the process. Bc I’m a first time homebuyer. The house looks absolutely beautiful! Everything came out pretty good. Jamie (The Field Mangr) he was good in the beginning and kinda really didn’t hear from him as much like he said it would be. Was interested in their houses reached out to Dawna Haley and 3.5 months later her and Jamie (who builds some of their houses including mine) did absolutely great. Anytime I had a question or an issue it was addressed immediately by both of them. Great people and great house. We moved in and are absolutely in love. Couldn’t be happier !!!! Thank you Rausch and Coleman for having such a great team to make peoples dreams come true

We truly had a GREAT experience with Dawna and the Rausch Coleman team! Not only was our home ready on time, but they also provided us consistent updates and communicated with us throughout and about the process the whole time. (This was really important to us, as we were building from out of town, and would not be on site until the last month of the process).
