My husband and I bought a car here in December of 2018 from Mark. He was great and was really made the process painless. At the end when it came time to signing papers we realized they added a warranty to the cost that we couldn't opt out of. When we tried to get a copy of this warranty or information about the warranty a few months later they wouldn't give us what we needed. While having my vehicle in for service , I mentioned it needed a good interior and exterior detailing. With that, Chanc took the time to show me their professional detailing department, and explained the techniques they use for great results. I just moved to CO and found a truck I wanted to check out here. I ended up working with Mark in the sales department. He was good and I felt was honest and helpful. They let me test drive the truck and even let me drive it home by myself to see if it fit in the garage and for my wife to check it out. I ended up buying it but requested an alignment after buying new tires through them as well. Rausch Auto Repair service is very professional and trustworthy. My 16 year old son needed help with a head light bulb installation and they were quick to lend a hand. I stopped by last week and received excellent customer service during an oil change. First time I have been to an auto repair facility and did not walk out with a list of 'urgent" needed repairs. I am new to Parker and so happy we found Rausch!

I have been using Rausch Motors for over five years to service all of the vehicles in our family. I’ve never been happier. We do all of our scheduled maintenance through them and their fees are reasonable. The entire service team is outstanding!
