Raul came out a day early, after hours, and replaced a gate valve at the meter. He and his employee did a good job of digging, replacing and repairing. I would highly recommend him for your plumbing needs.
A main water pipe busted at our place on Sunday morning so we called Raul's first thing Monday morning to request service upon referral. He seemed confused with our area out in Bisbee and declined when I offered to give him detailed directions to our house, but agreed to show up anyway between 1-5 in the afternoon. We blocked off our whole afternoon to be present for when he came but never heard from him.
