Took him 2 bumpers on 6/21. He told me they'd be ready by 6/25. He calls me 6/28 to pick them up, and they are both full of bubbles and runs and wrinkles. I asked him if he could repaint one of them because it was for my personal vehicle. He said the reason why they came out that way was because he let some other guy paint them.
