I already had an estimate and was told about Rauls. Decided to get another estimate. It was lower, but Daniel worked with me to have the car finished when my rental was due. They did a fabulous job, right in the timeline I needed and it k looks better than before. Extremely pleased with their approach and quality of work. I recommend this shop as they are also friendly and treated me well. Thank you all for an excellent job
I brought my 2026 Toyota Grand Highlander and my 2014 Chevrolet Cruze to Daniel and Raul, and they did an incredible job. For my Cruze, they literally made a dent disappear. Raul really worked his magic here. Instead of replacing the panel, they carefully pushed the dent out and applied a small layer of bondo to smooth it out. You would never know there was damage there to begin with.
Work done in a timely manner, man and my concerns answered. You can tell the experience.
I don't know about Raul's Auto Body's workmanship, but as far as customer service, I give them a ZERO. I've gone twice to Raul's Auto Body for an estimate on my vehicle. They took down my information and took pictures. The owner indicated he would have my estimate by the end of the day. I gave him my cell number and email. It's been over 72 hours and I have not heard from this shop. I've called and no one answers so I left messages. Shoutout to Daniel for taking care of my bumper! Super easy process, no hassle, and he kept everything clear and simple. The repair came out clean and looks brand new. Definitely someone you can trust with your car.
