I cannot say enough nice things about this dental practice! The entire staff is so kind and personable. I have been seeing Dr Raulerson and hygienist Michelle for years! They provide the utmost in care and put my mind at ease during each visit. The office environment is so calming. I highly recommend Raulerson Dental Associates!
I had an amazing experience at this dental office! The doctors and staff genuinely care about their patients. Unlike other dentists I've visited, who felt like car salesmen trying to sell unnecessary products and services, this place focuses on what I truly needed. They prioritize patient care over sales, making me feel comfortable and valued. Highly recommend!
Hygienist is great and caring. Never felt the same for the dentist KS. From the get go, shows no care. All he's cares for is the money grab. Been going here for almost two years, and saw him twice for a total of 5 minutes. Was very disappointed my dentist changed after the first visit. Dr. Alonso was a lot more thoughtful.
Panic to peace. That sums it up. From a very traumatic dental experience as a youth to a dentist and staff I have complete confidence in. I have been a patient of Dr Chiaramonte for many years. All procedures, when needed, were explained in detail. He has filled cavities, performed root canals, crafted three dental implants, and even masterfully completed a frenulectomy. The customer service is terrible. When you call and ask to speak with someone who speaks Spanish, there’s never anyone available. A young man answers, and even if you try to explain in English or spell out the words, he says he doesn’t understand and tells you to call back the next day. It’s very frustrating, especially when you’re in pain or need help urgently. They show no empathy or willingness to assist. Awful customer service.
