Meagan Howard, adjuster, with Allstate handled my car accident case, which happened in July 2017. She was difficult to reach and normally didn't take phone calls. She called me back sometime but most of time, she didn't keep her promise to call me back the following day. I never received any correspondence for the settlement. It was such a bad service.
