He was honest from the start—he didn’t make unrealistic promises, but assured me he would try his best, and he absolutely did. I’m giving this attorney a 1 due to the lack of professionalism during the time that I needed services the most. I was dealing with a landlord/tenant matter and in the beginning everything was fine with the services Mr.Pinto provided however when it was close to my lease expiring I asked if Mr.Pinto can assist with a letter to notify management company I won’t be renewing lease and Mr. Pinto was unresponsive.
