Why do y'all never answer the phone? My husband and I are both patients and the phone calls are never answered?!?! Is that why you play the Titanic song when we are on hold? cause you know most of us will die waiting for help lmao.
The staff is awful here, very incompetent and rude. The Doctor is thorough and friendly.
