First time seeing Raul for knee and carpal tunnel pain. He was very professional and communicative. The biggest difference I noticed was improvement with my sleep (I was also experiencing insomnia for about a month). I’ve had the best sleep since my session. I also felt relief in my arm (where I experience carpal tunnel), as well as overall release of tension in the upper body. Will be scheduling regular monthly sessions. The space was also very comfortable, easy to find, and plenty of parking.
Raul is a true professional. I went in with a headache and some hip pain. He tuned in with true intention and was able to relieve both of my aliments. As a fellow bodyworker I appreciate his technique of finding the point, holding it and letting it release while using movement to help it along. He is knowledgable about anatomy and listened to my concerns. Thank you.
Raul is not only an AMAZING healer, but he's also a wonderful, caring person whom I consider a dear friend. He is incredibly intuitive about the human body and has helped relive major tension that I've had locked up in my body for years. He provides so much more than just "a massage' - he listens to your individual challenges and customizes his bodyworks sessions to fit your individual needs. I feel so much better since I've started working with Raul and I highly recommend him!
Raul is an actual miracle worker. He has managed to unlock tension and stiffness in my body that has been stuck for years in a single session.
