My family member visited Dr. Raul Alonso's office seeking care for a serious heart condition. Unfortunately, the experience at the front desk was distressing and unexpected. Instead of receiving compassion, they were met with a tone and attitude that caused significant emotional stress. Dr Alonso is one of the best cardiologists in South Florida period. He is up to date, and thorough. The office and staff are kind and welcoming. I am his patient for 5 years now and have referred my family and friends . Thank you Dr Alonso & Staff!
Horrible customer service. I have never had to leave a review for any Dr office. I work in medical field and know what it takes to speak to a patient in need. I am a cancer patient and Maria office manager stated that my health was an inconvenience to them and their schedule. Medical clearance for a surgery is not just any regular visit. For a patient who is under stress no one in the office nor Dr were professional enough to handle the situation. I discharged myself and will never refer anyone.
My first experience with a cardiologist never felt I would need one so it’s a scary experience.Have a started to have some high blood pressure and Dr Alonso explained everything to me and made me feel very comfortable and calm. The staff is sweet and helpful made me feel safe and Amparo is a Gem sweet helpful a pure inspiration . I feel I am in very good hands .
