Dr Rojas and his staff are super caring! went to him for my first pregnancy and everything went soo smooth, always payed attention to my concerns and answered my questions, made me feel comfortable during my delivery and postpartum period. I recommend Dr Rojas to everyone, he’s such a caring doctor! Will be returning to him in the future.
I have tried to get with Dr. Rojas for a prescription he advise that I could get if needed, just to call the office and request it. So that’s exactly what I did. I have spoke to the receptionist Savannah several times about my urgent matter. It was to help with my fibroid that has caused a life threatening situation and all she said was that she would rely the message to the doctor and as several days passed she never got back with me. Me receto sin conocer mi historial medico, me hizo sentir muy vulnerable, me dio un diagnostico sin ninguna prueba, mas interesado en que consumiera la medicina que en mi bienestar, cancele una cita una semana antes y me dijeron que de todos modos la tengo que pagar, lo mejor que pude hacer es cambiar de doctor y tener otra opinion medica ahora si muy acertada
If I could give this guy a 0, I would. He treated my daughter so terribly that she left his appointment in tears. He is an unprofessional, rude bully. Shame on you, Dr. Rojas. It's not okay to interact in a way that shames, belittles and leaves your patient in tears and feeling worse when she leaves.
