Do not enroll your loved one in the ACCESS day program at Rauch if they are non-verbal and moderately to severely disabled. You will regret it, we did. They have people employed there that like to scream at your loved one. Also some of their workers are "unqualified". Rauch gives their employees when they are hired a week or less training, then the employees are charged with taking care of/supervising your non-verbal moderate to severely handicapped loved one.
