I've used Rau for years and they've never been the best. I kept using them because it was familiar but I'm done. The front desk is rude, hates taking calls, and they're abnormally expensive. My dog is having breathing issues so I call yesterday to get an appointment. They can't book emergency appointments until the day of, so they suggested to call at 8am when the lines open to book one of five slots. This place is top notch! Wonderful staff. They take amazing care of my baby boy!
This place is top notch! Wonderful staff. They take amazing care of my baby boy!
They called with 10 minutes notice saying they were 2 hours behind. That’s bad time management from the vet and awful work by the reception. If you’re running that far behind start making calls before the owners and animals are in the car. Reception has been awful for years but they were close so we stayed.
