Do NOT use Rau Builders!! They took my parents for $30,000+ on building their home. Lots of empty promises and missed deadlines. Finally Rau Builders stopped communicating and couldn’t ever get ahold of him. He’s a crook!
DO NOT use this builder! He is a fraud and a crook. He ripped me off for $249,056 and left me with a huge mess of repairs needed on my unfinished house. I asked him multiple times to fix the problems and he refused to answer my calls, texts and emails. He never even replied to the letter I sent him by certified mail. The other reviews on here are fake (one of them is by one of his employees. His address on here is incorrect because he moves so often due to constantly ripping people off.
