Me and Danika have been coming here to see Dr.Majeed amazing doctor and the staff is also amazingly nice specially (Kavita)at the front desk since 9yrs never have an issue they always very helpful and accommodating and professionals.

Months after my father passed away suddenly after 3 days at the Civic after a massive stroke Dr Majeed contacted me to say how sorry he is. Months went by before he noticed my 90 year old father had not communicated with him and months went by before he read any ER reports apparently. This all happened after Dr Majeed told my father to go to emergency if he needed anything. Not to go to his office since he is far too busy. That is why I am writing this review.
I never leave reviews, but this clinic has pushed me to my limit. Dr. Majeed's office never picks up the phone and on the rare occasions they do, they leave you on hold for 40 minutes to 2 hours. There is no email provided for simple questions or follow-ups, which makes everything even more frustrating. Appointments are booked 7-8 months out, even when you need help.
