Wonderful family doctor, very poor office administration. They do not answer the phone or return messages left on answering service. Patients deserve better.
Forced to accept them as my new general practitioner assigned by health ministry of Ontario. They scheduled my first consultation today. I had been on the list waiting for a family doctor for 6 years. They had me sitting in the waiting room for over an hour with my 1year old daughter. When I asked how much longer it would be they didn’t want to give me an answer. Instead they tried to put me in a tiny 5 x 5 ft room to wait even longer. I had a very pleasant experience at the Ratya Family Medical Center. The reception staff were very welcoming, the nurse was kind and helpful, and Dr. Exton was warm, attentive, and took the time to listen. I truly appreciated the care and friendliness of the whole team. Thank you for making the visit such a positive experience. 😊
