Indefinite wait times even with the appointments. Service is substandard.
This clinic is a complete joke. I had a 9:20 a.m. appointment and told them clearly I had something important at 12. They said that time was fine. I showed up on time, and they made me sit there for over an hour while people who came after me were let in before me. It was obvious they were letting in their friends first, one woman walked in, laughed with the doctor, and was taken in immediately.
