This clinic is a complete joke. I had a 9:20 a.m. appointment and told them clearly I had something important at 12. They said that time was fine. I showed up on time, and they made me sit there for over an hour while people who came after me were let in before me. It was obvious they were letting in their friends first, one woman walked in, laughed with the doctor, and was taken in immediately. I recently visited this clinic and was disappointed with the service. The clerks or front desk seemed unsure of what they were doing, and communication was poor both over the phone and in person. Poorly manage location. The lack of organization and management was evident, making it a frustrating experience. I hope they work on improving their staff training and communication to provide better care for their patients.
